As of Sunday the 29th of March Money Man has
effectively completely change its online platform to a new one. This action has
raised a lot of Eye-browns in Cameroon. This Article will clear the cobwebs on
the reasons for this uncertain change.
Money man started notifying her users on the earlier as of
the 23 of May 2022 in their old platform.
Some “haters” of money man have concluded that this is the
Failure of Moneyman just being disguised with a new platform. Well, it is yet
to be confirmed as it is too soon to lay any solid claim.
Why has Moneyman Africa changed its website
The reasons are really few and striate forward. Some reasons
are obvious while others are simply not yet clear.
Insufficient financing of the system:
This
was stated very clearly by the moneyman CEO and is pretty obvious why. The
population of Cameroon contributes at least 99% of money man users.
Cameroonians are not yet into online advertisement as in the western world and
the whole deal of money man’s former site is on advertising other
companies/individuals products to money man users and getting paid for that.
Without these Companies/individuals, Money man would rely only on new users
for real finance and therefore would be a Ponzi
Scheme.
Money man is not a Ponzi scheme and that is one of the main
reasons why Money man had no choice than to change their methods which
contributed to why they had to change their site.
The
Cameroon Government did not see money man to be fare. The CEO said, I quote “This
Government Does Not Surport Passive Income”. This was because the moneyman
beneficiaries(Users) where “Competing with civil servants” and the Government I
guess saw this as unfair. This is why the CEO of Money man termed the new site
as “A rented Shop” . That is, buying a plan is analogous to renting a shop. In
your shop, what you earn depends on what you can sale and how many people you
can refare to also rent a shop of their own. This obviously makes things
difficult and less passive. This is a prove showing why Money man Africa isn’t a scam.
Some people think this is the end of Money man. Well like
said earlier, that is still yet to be confirmed
